We conduct an in-depth consultation to learn more about you or your loved one's care needs. The result is an extensive Ideal Caregiver Profile.
Match & Interview
Using your Ideal Caregiver Profile, we conduct a search and set up interviews with the best matches. You meet handpicked caregivers until you find the right one(s).
Select & Hire
We facilitate a "direct hire" relationship between you and your caregiver(s) by giving you all of the tools, forms, procedures, knowledge, and coaching.
The care team at Hallmark Homecare, Denver Metro has a combined 30+ years of experience to dedicate to your family. Our sole purpose is to support you in your role as decision-maker regarding current care or the future needs of your loved one.
Carrie has worked in the senior care industry for the past 10 years. She has provided in-home care has worked in a senior care facility as a concierge and within a brief time was promoted to Resident Service Director. As a concierge, she was able to work with the residents and their family members, to make sure that the family members knew that when they left their loved ones behind in their home, that Carrie would do her best to make sure that they were cared for to the best of the caregiver’s ability. The family members knew Carrie on a first name basis and always expressed their gratitude to her for the compassion that she shared with residents, their families and to the caregiver(s). As the Resident Services Director, it was Carrie’s responsibility to oversee and resolve all non-medical issues from the 80+ in-house residents, their family members and staff.
