Ryan and Julie bring years of extensive experience in coaching leaders on strategic planning and process improvement, while Zach’s background in designing small business websites brings a passion for customer service and helping people achieve their goals. Our shared commitment to the local community and doing meaningful work makes the mission of supporting families and helping aging adults stay in their homes a perfect fit.
On a personal note, each of us have experienced the stress of elderly grandparents and parents worried about losing their independence and searching for care they can trust. It was heartbreaking for Julie to see her proudly independent grandpa’s anger about moving from another state to move in with her parents. He left notes on their table reading, “I don’t want to be here. Please let me go home.” It was hard for her parents to provide the care that he needed, but they didn’t see any other options. Ryan feels this worry with his aging parents who live across the country, knowing that one more small health issue could leave them needing daily help. We are grateful to now offer a solution that helps families in these challenging situations.

We run full criminal background checks on every independent caregiver we place.

Our background check verifies that each independent caregiver we place has the legal right to work as well as a verifying their references and employment history.

We make sure that all independent caregivers we place have extensive experience. We place private caregivers with verified credentials, like HHA, CNA or other such credentials.

Professional Independent Caregiver Opportunities
Are you a caring and dependable independent caregiver wanting to make a real difference in the lives of seniors and their families?
Are you interested in making a substantially better wage as you deliver this vital service that you’ve been called to do?
Do you have the following qualifications?
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience
- Professional certification (CNA, PCA or equivalent)
- Legal ability to work (Proof of legal residency, green card, social security card, picture ID, etc.)
- Clean criminal background check with a 7-year lookback
- Positive professional references that can be verified
- No state board or other disciplinary actions
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
- Current health certificates as applicable (e.g. TB clearance, Hepatitis B screening, etc.)
